Manage your clients from the Developer Dashboard

Mercado Pago, along with the Partners Program team, is constantly working to provide you with the best products and benefits from the Partners Program. That's why we launched a new section within your panel: the Your Clients area.

This is an important resource for agencies and developers who are part of the Partners Program, as Mercado Pago will use the associated clients in your panel to track performance. This way, you will be able to manage your clients and services better.

Why is it important to link your clients?
We will only use the clients you associate to analyze your performance in the program. The processing volume of unlinked clients will not be considered in our record, which determines your level and the benefits you can enjoy in our program.

Your Clients Area: this new area aims to centralize the management of your clients.

Allow sending the OPT-IN: in order for the association to be effective, it is necessary to send an invitation to the client, who will be able to accept or decline it. This will ensure the security and autonomy of both parties.

Allow you to track the status of associations: you will be able to monitor the status of the invitations, as well as receive email notifications and updates in the Clients area about their respective responses.

Allow you to undo an association: considering your autonomy and freedom, you will be able to undo an association, allowing a better management of your client portfolio and, in the future, enabling you to see the metrics of those that truly interest you.

🚨 Pay attention: with this new functionality, the form and any other channels you previously used to notify Mercado Pago about your integrations will no longer exist. All management will be done from this new environment.
