On the Mercado Pago Delivery, there are two types of logistics and, therefore, the flow of states may vary according to the modality that is linked to the order. The modalities are:

• Flex logistics modality: this type of logistics is generally used in restaurants that have their own delivery men.
• Dropoff logistics modality: this type of logistics is used by restaurants that have agreed that logistics companies, which are integrated with Mercado Pago, carry out the delivery of orders.
